Progress!...just not of the stitching kind...

Hello!

A lot going on here at the moment, and because of that no new stitching to share this week.

We are currently in the process of moving all our things out of the in laws house in to our new place, we should be in by the weekend. I think we are all looking forward to having our own space back - the cat included!

Also, I start a new job on Monday. You may remember when I got the last job I said I was going to keep looking elsewhere? Well not long after that a job very similar to what I was doing before in Yorkshire came up. Better hours, More money and better prospects so I quickly sent my CV in on the Wednesday, had an interview Thursday and on Friday was offered the job!

David is at an interview as I write this so fingers crossed for that also.

It seems things are starting to fall in to place, hopefully by the new year things will be settled and we can get on with leading our normal everyday life in Scotland :)

We are due to get our internet installed the middle of next week, I wish that I could say that will give me chance to do some stitching but there are still plenty on boxes to unpack and the new job to start, not to mention putting up the Christmas decorations (priorities right haha), but we shall see.

Until I get internet back, I hope you all keep safe and well and to my American readers Happy Thanksgiving!

Emma xx
