Pumpkin Passport - March Complete!

Hey guys!

Thanks to everyone who found me on Instagram after my last post!

So as you may have worked out by the title I am here to show you my latest mini finish on Pumpkin Passport - March is done!

Our little traveler took a trip to Amsterdam this month - it is oh so sweet! I love the tulips and the beautiful houses sitting by the canal and of course the windmill is perfection!

Have any of you visited Amsterdam? I have once when I was younger, but I would love to go again, there are a few things we didn't have time to go see.

So this will be going away again now until next month - from the clue I am not sure where we are going, somewhere famous for it's skiing and picturesque villages...Perhaps Switzerland or Austria?

Until next time!

Pumpkin Passport - Paris Complete!

Bonjour!

Happy Friday everyone!

Well the second part of the Pumpkin Passport SAL arrived and as suspected we were taking a little trip to Paris...

Our little traveler is taking in the sights and sounds of the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, I think this is turning in to a really adorable stitch and we are only two months in! This months has stitched up so fast, I may pull it out again and work some more on the borders and central wording before part three arrives in March but for now it will be put away and I shall work again on my Fallout piece.

More wedding things happening this weekend - we are going kilt shopping!

Until next time!

Pumpkin Passport - London Complete!

Hello!

First I just want to say a big thank you for all your kind comments on my previous post, I haven't had much time to reply to comments at the moment, but please know they are all very much appreciated!

London is now complete, and I just love it so much!

Just in time for February to arrive, it should be in my mailbox when I wake up in the morning :) With the clues given I think it could be Paris we are visiting this month - I can't wait to see what it's going to look like :)

Until next time!

Pumpkin Passport - Weekend 2!

Good Morning everyone!

Hope you are all having a nice relaxing weekend. Storm Gertrude was battering us yesterday with high winds and rain but seems to have calmed a little for now.

Before my weekend stitching starts I wanted to share where I am currently on my Pumpkin Passport - I am having a lot of fun with this at the moment!

I now have our female adventurer finished on her little scooter with a red double decker bus behind her crossing the river Thames! I think it's looking very sweet, and I am fairly confident I will be able to get this done in time for the second part to arrive (due to time differences, 2nd February).

Now I've got plenty of stitches in I am glad I stuck with this fabric, I wasn't sure about it at first but I think it helps to make the colours pop, I can't wait to see where we are visiting in February!

Until next time!

Pumpkin Passport SAL - Weekend 1!

Good evening everyone!

I hope you are all well, rather cold here the past few days so I hope the rest of you are keeping warm.

The past weekend the adventures around the world began with the Frosted Pumpkin mystery SAL, with the first part arriving in my mail box on Saturday Morning.

As expected the first part is the largest including the central wording and borders along with the January square.

Here is the progress I have so far...

I am pleased with the amount I managed to get done! My only aim now is to get the first square done before the end of January so I am ready once the second part arrives. The first destination is London - so that Blue blob you see is the start of the River Thames outside the Houses of Parliament.

I'm currently thinking I am going to work on Vault Boy and Girl during the week and pick this up at the weekends. Hopefully this will work out and give me time to get each block done in time.

Is anyone else doing this SAL this year?
