Managed to get almost all of the brides dress complete - hopefully should have by the end of tonight. Then all it needs is backstitching and the happy couples names and wedding date added then it's complete! Which is a good thing as technically its one/two months late already...woops...

ReplyDeleteThank you! Looking forward to ending the dress, its made up of four different shades of white and keeps sending my eyes crazy. Plus adding backstitch to the faces, without eyebrows and mouths they scare me a little!
DeleteIt's lovely Emma. I'm working on a totally different kind of wedding sampler, and it's going to be very late. By the time I found out my brother was getting married, it was less than two weeks away. (They DID ask me to dogsit and catsit for them. Stinkers!!!) So I told them they'll get it when they get it, lol. Hope you're having a great night, and welcome aboard the IHSW list. It's such fun!!
ReplyDeleteThank you, it was always sort of planned to be a little late, they got married in Florida (we are in the U.K) and as much as we wanted to go we just couldn't afford to join them, so I hope giving them something hand made makes up for that!
