Lily WIP Update

Good evening all!

I hope you all had a good week?

So after Row Of Cats was put away for the week I pondered over what to make my WIP inbetween. In the end Lily won - I figured as it is a fairly simple chart then I should see some nice progress on it.

So here is how it looked the last time you saw it - which was AGES ago!

After a couple of nights working on it here is where I am tonight. I would have got a bit more done but stayed late at work last night due to decorating for Halloween (my office is mad for it!)

Also, this tied in nicely with the challenge Michelle has set us in the Official HAED group on Facebook so I will be sticking with this between Row Of Cats for the next few weeks at least!

So tomorrow Row of Cats will return for me to stitch the next kitty up - he is smaller than the last so I'm thinking he won't take me too long. We don't really do Halloween so tomorrow will be just another day - perhaps watch a movie at night but that will be it.

I'll be back once he is complete to share :)

Until next time!

  3. It's a long time since you started this piece so it's nice to see it out again. Good luck in keeping to the 100 stitches per week plan. :)

    1. I know! I just looked back and I started in December 2012 - Eeek! I didn't think it was that long ago, oh well another 10 years and maybe I will have it finished haha.

  4. Lovely progress. I've signed up for the challenge too (twice, I thought I'd go for SS as well), but I haven't got anything done yet. Hope I can match your speed

    1. It's a fun challenge, and 100 stitches goes a lot faster than I thought it would!

  5. Welcome back to blogging! I've been catching up with the last couple of posts.
Your cats look so sweet, it's nice to have a design which is broken into mini finishes. This eye is very striking too.
Reader wise, I use Feedly rather than Bloglovin. That missing G bothers me LOL. I like Feedly because I can out my blogs into categories, you are in the GG category, remember that SAL?
Have you checked out my Blog Hop yet? There's a few new bloggers there this year.

    1. Thanks Jo! It's nice to be back. Bloglovin seems to have fixed itself again now but I will keep an eye on it just in case. Of course I remember than SAL - are you planning on doing it again next year?

I haven't seen the hop as yet - you know what its like, you don't read blogs for a day or two and before you know it you have 100+ posts to read. That is my plan for tonight :)
