Evening all!
I hope you have all had a nice weekend and ready for the week ahead (I am SO looking forward to my week off work in a couple of weeks time).
This week was a funny old week for me, I have just been out of sorts completely, went off the rails on slimming world, was late home from work a couple of nights, early in bed some other nights and the weekends weather has just been horrible here - the street lights were on at 2 in the afternoon here today!
All this meant this week hasn't seen the greatest amount of progress, but I did still manage to work on Lily during the week and Row of Cats today.
Here is Lily as of now, I am still way ahead on the HAED group challenge for 100 stitches a week this month so that's fine.
Here is how Row of Cats is looking tonight - you can't really see the white stitches on this picture but they are there along with the dark grey/brown ones!
So I will continue to work on Row of Cats until this kitty is done - fingers crossed that should only be another evening or so.
Although I will hold my hands up now and openly say I am not promising any great stitchy progress this coming week. Fallout 4 is released this week so there is every chance I will be spending a lot of my evenings playing that instead of stitching but that's ok!
This week I have also started to get some new year projects organised with ordering some threads and fabric - when those arrive I will share pictures!
Have a great week everyone
Emma xo
Great progress on both Emma. How many projects are you doing? Are you doing any of the start challenges?

So far I three new starts planned for the year - I thought about doing one of the challenges, but with getting married next year I think my spare time will be hectic enough!
DeleteGreat stitching and have fun having a gaming week:)
ReplyDeleteThank you!
Deletelove that eye on Lilly, and the cats are so cute
ReplyDeleteThank you :)
DeleteGreat progress on both, I hope this week is a bit more settled for you. Have fun with Fallout!
ReplyDeleteThank you :D
DeleteBoth projects look great! Enjoy your time gaming this week. It's good to have several interests to rotate between, keeps you from getting bored:)
ReplyDeleteExactly Annie :) Hope you are well x
DeleteYou still have progress to show. Have a great week Emma!
ReplyDeleteWell there's some progress there even if it's not as much as you hoped! Well done. Hope you have a better week.
ReplyDeleteThanks Justine x
DeleteI believe it is important to use all parts of our brain - gaming uses one, stitching another. In my book, these are both great hobbies. Enjoy
ReplyDeleteI agree Melinda! :)
DeleteCiao Emma
ReplyDeleteYours needle works are so pretty.
Thank you x
DeleteNice progress.Have a very nice week.
ReplyDeleteSometimes doing something different is what we all need to do. Have fun with your new game, both projects look lovely :)
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteThanks Lauren!
ReplyDeleteLovely stitching. As soon as I can afford Zelda Skyward Sword I'll be right there with you. I know it's been out for a long time but I still haven't had a chance to play it. Probably will be getting Guitar Hero Live too
ReplyDeleteNice progress on the HAED and of course the kittys appeal to me and make me smile every time I see them,
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your new game.
Even one stitch is progress and hope you have fun next week whether you're stitching or gaming. :)
ReplyDeleteFantastic progress on both pieces.
ReplyDeleteSlow and steady progress is still progress! Both projects look great :D
ReplyDeleteYou are right, Emma. With just a couple of stitches per day you will also get them done. IT's not always easy to find the time for stitching when you are busy with work and all the other things in life. But you are doing great!
ReplyDeleteLovely progress. Look forward to seeing what you have planned for the new year! :)
