Well after all the waiting the news is finally here....we have a future King!

Race Day!

Well today was the day, Race For Life. This is a 5K (3 mile) run in aid of Cancer Research.

We had a great day, everyone is so supportive of one another and emotional at the same time, seeing cancer survivors running and all the messages on peoples shirts explaining who they are running for. There was 1600 runners today, a sea of pink! If you have never done this I would highly recommend it.

We don't get timed officially so I used my sport band, we ran 5k in 41 minutes and 40 seconds! This is a personal best for me!

So far we have raised an incredible £850! Not bad to say our original target was £100! As an exclusive for my blog followers if any of you would like to sponsor us too you will be entered in to win a £20 gift voucher for a stitch shop of your choice! (doesn't matter how much you sponsor!)
